The Selkirk VANGUARD Pro pickleball paddle is an elite raw carbon all-court paddle designed for versatility and premium performance. Featuring four layers of 12K raw carbon fiber — double the standard in other paddles — and thermoformed construction, it enhances feel, spin, and power.

Ideal for intermediate to advanced players, the VANGUARD Pro paddle from Selkirk Sport excels across the court with consistent performance in executing skill shots like drops and resets or powerful drives and put-aways. Its crisp, responsive face and superior touch control without excessive pop make it the perfect choice for those seeking exceptional all-court performance.

The VANGUARD series has etched its legacy into the hearts of both recreational and competitive pickleball players. From the original VANGUARD Hybrid to the VANGUARD 2.0, and the release of the VANGUARD Control in early 2024, each iteration has continued to evolve with the sport of pickleball and meet players where they're at.

Now, the VANGUARD Pro is ready for its first match, not as an update, but an all-court extension of the VANGUARD series, made for players looking for best-in-class raw carbon fiber pickleball paddles.

4 Layer 12k Raw Carbon Fiber Face | 4 layers of 12k raw carbon fiber are layered to enhance stiffness and control while maintaining the flexibility necessary for powerful shots. This advanced construction creates a crisp, responsive hybrid paddle face. With 4 layers instead of the standard 2, there is multidirectional support, significantly boosting face durability and offering exceptional spin.

X5+ 16mm Polypropylene Honeycomb Core | Tested in Selkirk Labs and used for Project 006, the X5+ core technology delivers consistency and control, significantly boosting the paddle’s performance characteristics.

Thermoformed Foam Edge | Added to enlarge the sweet spot to increase accuracy, the high-density foam injected walls help absorb vibrations from every hit, for a stable, reliable feel, while also increasing power.

Octagonal Handle | Designed to enhance control, the upgraded octagonal grip offers greater maneuverability and shot accuracy on the court.

EdgeSentry DuraEdge | Low-profile, lightweight, durable edge guard for a well-balanced, solid paddle.
