1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day "Cooling-Off" Period)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract and return your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  • Timeline: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive physical possession of the goods.

Important Note on Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your personalized specifications or clearly customized.
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed audio, video recordings, or sealed computer software that were unsealed after delivery.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.


2. Refunds & Return Shipping Costs

If you decide to withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day window, we will manage your refund according to EU regulations:

    • What We Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. (Please note: if you chose a premium or express delivery method, we are only required to refund the cost of our standard delivery).

 

    • Return Shipping Costs:
      • Option A (If the customer pays): You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. Items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
      • Option B (If you provide free returns): We will cover the costs of returning the goods.
    • Timeline of Refund: We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

 

    • Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (2-Year Warranty)

Every item we sell to European consumers comes with a mandatory statutory 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity with the product description.

    • If a product you bought turns out to be faulty, broken, or does not look or work as advertised, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement.

 

    • If repair or replacement is not possible, or cannot be achieved within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to request a partial/full refund or a price reduction.

 

    • For the first 12 months (or up to 2 years depending on your specific EU member state), you do not need to prove the defect existed at the time of delivery; it is presumed to have existed.

4. Delivery Terms

We aim to deliver your items as swiftly as possible. In accordance with EU law, unless a specific delivery timeframe was mutually agreed upon at checkout, all goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

5. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to help consumers resolve disputes out of court. If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve together, you have the right to submit your dispute via the platform here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
